Why should I create an account?
Creating an account speeds up the process of ordering from us in the future. You will not have to fill out the contact or billing information again. No credit card information is stored during this process.
Is my account and credit card information safe?
Yes! Our store's registration, checkout and payment pages are routed through a GeoTrust QuickSSL server. Sites secured by QuickSSL are utilizing 128-bit SSL certificates thereby offering the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and our site's web servers are private and secure.
What type of payments do you accept?
We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
What does shipping cost and when does my order ship after being placed?

The shipping options and prices will be displayed during checkout or just click the "Calculate Your Shipping Costs" button after you place an item in your cart. When your order ships you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information so make sure your email software does not filter out emails from the various shipping companies. Prices for Standard US shipping start at around $7 for one item and increase with the number of items in your cart until you reach the Free Shipping threshold (international rates start at around $13).

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer a variety of international shipping options and these will be listed in your shopping cart when you go to checkout.
Can I order by mail?
We do accept orders by mail and you can send a money order (we don't accept checks) for the total amount along with your order. The easiest way is to go on our site and proceed through the order process. When you get to the screen that asks for payment info, etc., just print out that page and send it along with your money order (that way you'll know the exact total to send). Alternatively, you can just write everything down and add it up.

Am I charged sales tax?
If you have a Texas address, then yes. No sales tax will be applied to orders from other states. A flat 8.25% sales tax will be applied to all orders with a Texas address.
How do your shirt sizes run?
We sell various brands of high-quality 100% cotton pre-shrunk t-shirts. Here's the size chart for the shirts we sell (these are Men's sizes):

Can I return an item?
Yes. For RETURNS, items must be returned in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition WITHIN 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. DO NOT RETURN items to us that have been worn or washed, or are outside the 30-day return time. WE WILL NOT SEND THEM BACK TO YOU. Please note that all SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you had an item PERSONALIZED then NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE PERMITTED unless the item is defective.
Subject to the same restrictions listed above on return items, you may also EXCHANGE any NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS WITHIN 30 days of receipt of your order. You will need to send a check or money order payable to T-ShirtHumor.com to cover the shipping costs for your exchange item(s), or you can PayPal the shipping charges to PayPal@T-ShirtHumor.com. The SHIPPING CHARGES are $6 FOR THE FIRST ITEM, and $1 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM THAT YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE. If you are exchanging 2 items, for example, you will need to send $7 in payment to cover the exchange shipping costs.

Suspicious Orders
To minimize the incidence of fraud we reserve the right to refuse to process any orders that have suspicious or inconsistent information contained in them. In particular, orders shipped to foreign countries or orders with unusual addresses will be closely scrutinized. If we choose not to process your order you will receive an email notifying you of such and any credit card charges incurred will be promptly refunded (or voided depending on the circumstances).
If you still wish to place an order after we have cancelled it you will need to send a money order for the full amount (no checks permitted) to our business address. See the Can I Order by Mail or Phone? section above for details.
