Frequently Asked Questions What is your phone number so I can contact you? WE DON'T HAVE ONE! To keep our prices among the lowest on the web we handle ALL customer inquiries through email. We also include answers to the most common questions and issues on our FAQ page so look for your answer before contacting us. During peak seasons we likely won't email you back if the answer to your question is already on our website. For other questions not covered below email us at CustServ@t-shirthumor.com and please include your order number if applicable. RETURNS & EXCHANGES PERSONALIZED ITEMS: For our Create-Your-Own items, Make-Your-Own Retro and any other items that have a personalization printed on them (mug messages, event dates, etc.) we do not allow returns or exchanges except in the case of a defective item. If your item is defective please email us within 30 days at CustServ@t-shirthumor.com and please attach a picture of the defective item to your email. ALL OTHER STORE ITEMS (non-personalized): For RETURNS, items must be returned in NEW, UNWORN and UNWASHED condition WITHIN 30 days of receipt of your order for a full refund. DO NOT RETURN items to us that have been worn or washed, or are outside the 30-day return time. WE WILL NOT SEND THEM BACK TO YOU. Please note that all SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Subject to the same restrictions listed above on return items you may also EXCHANGE any NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS WITHIN 30 days of receipt of your order. US RETURNS & EXCHANGES: You will need to send a check or money order payable to T-ShirtHumor.com to cover the shipping costs for your exchange item(s), or you can PayPal the shipping charges to PayPal@T-ShirtHumor.com. The US SHIPPING CHARGES are $6 FOR THE FIRST ITEM, and $1 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM THAT YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE. If you are exchanging 2 items in the US, for example, you will need to send $7 in payment to cover the exchange shipping costs. NON-US RETURNS & EXCHANGES: For returns and exchanges outside the US the NON-US SHIPPING CHARGES are $14 FOR THE FIRST ITEM, and $2 FOR EACH ADDITIONAL ITEM THAT YOU WISH TO EXCHANGE. If you are exchanging 2 items being shipped outside the US, for example, you will need to send $16 in payment to cover the exchange shipping costs. Creating an account speeds up the process of ordering from us in the future. You will not have to fill out the contact or billing information again. No credit card information is stored during this process. Is my account and credit card information safe? Yes! Our store's registration, checkout and payment pages are routed through a GeoTrust QuickSSL server. Sites secured by QuickSSL are utilizing 128-bit SSL certificates thereby offering the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and our site's web servers are private and secure. What type of payments do you accept? We currently accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal. What does shipping cost and when does my order ship after being placed? The shipping options and prices will be displayed during checkout or just click the "Calculate Your Shipping Costs" button after you place an item in your cart. When your order ships you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information so make sure your email software does not filter out emails from the various shipping companies. We offer a variety of international shipping options and these will be listed in your shopping cart when you go to checkout. If you don't see your country listed as an option during checkout please email us at CustServ@t-shirthumor.com. Can I order by mail? We do accept orders by mail and you can send a check, money order or your credit card info for the total amount along with your order. The easiest way is to go on our site and proceed through the order process. When you get to the screen that asks for payment info, etc., just print out that page and send it along with your payment (that way you'll know the exact total to send). A flat 8.25% sales tax will be applied to all orders with a Texas address. How do your shirt sizes run? We sell various brands of high-quality 100% cotton pre-shrunk t-shirts.
