"When Will I Get My Order?"
All non-Express orders are currently shipping from our Texas location within 2-3 days of your order date, depending on our order volume. Canada and international orders can take anywhere from 3-4 weeks to arrive. Please note that any customs charges and/or duties placed on international orders by your country are your responsibility.
The shipping options and prices will be displayed during checkout or just click the "Calculate Your Shipping Costs" button after you place an item in your cart. When your order ships you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking information so make sure your email software does not filter out emails from the various shipping companies.
